The scout desk

Approved scouts see more than the public profile: development notes, assessment history, positions played and scout-only footage, with a private shortlist and a direct line to the academy.

01Every scout is verified before signing in.

Request access

  1. Open the Scouts page

Choose “Scouts” in the top bar and scroll to “Request access”.

  2. Introduce yourself

Full name, work email, club or organisation, role, country and what you're looking for. A licence number and a profile link help us verify you faster.

  3. Choose your password now

You'll use it the moment you're approved.

02The TurnPro team reviews each request.

Wait for approval

  1. Review

Staff check your organisation and role, and will email you when there's a decision.

  2. Signing in early

Until you're approved, sign-in tells you your request is still pending — or, if it was declined, says so.

03One sortable list across every academy.

Discover players

  1. Sign in

Go to /scout and sign in with your work email and password.

  2. Filter

Search by name, or narrow by squad, position, preferred foot and an age range, then choose “Filter”. “Clear” resets the list.

  3. Sort

Select a column heading — age, 30 m sprint, agility, skill or attendance — to sort by it. Sprint and agility are timed, so lower is faster.

04The scout-tier view of a player.

Read a dossier

  1. Open a player

Select a name in the list.

  2. Development notes

The coach's view of strengths and what the player is working on.

  3. Physical development

Every assessment over time, with a trend per measure and the full table.

  4. Positions played and footage

Where the coach has actually played them, and clips marked “Scouts only” alongside public ones.

Academies choose per player what scouts can see. Medical, contact and family details are never available to scouts.

05Private to you.

Keep a shortlist

  1. Star a player

Use the star in the list or on a dossier to add or remove them.

  2. Add notes

On a shortlisted dossier, write a note and save it. Nobody else sees it.

  3. Review your list

The “Shortlist” tab shows only your starred players, with the same filters and sorting.

06Questions go to the academy, never to the family.

Ask the academy

  1. From a dossier

Use “Ask the academy”: pick what it's about, write your message and send.

  2. Read the reply

“My requests” lists every question with its status and the academy's answer.

07Most players here are minors.

Working responsibly

  1. Don't share dossiers

They are for your recruitment work only. Share the public profile link instead.

  2. Contact through the academy

Never approach a player or family directly.

  3. Access can be withdrawn

Access is reviewed and can be revoked at once, ending any open session.
